When: 10am-3pm, Sunday 29 March

Do you love taking a stroll down the Merri, Edgars, or Darebin Creeks or your local waterway? Why not give back to our creeks and help monitor the health (water quality) of our waterways? MCMC are hosting a FREE training session for new WaterWatch volunteers.

Waterwatch Training Workshop

By becoming a citizen science WaterWatch volunteer monitor, you’ll learn how to collect water samples and test water quality, learn about the current ecological health of the Merri Creek and carry out habitat assessments safely. Long-term data from this program assists with monitoring waterway health.
