When: 10am - 12.30pm, Thursday 28th May

You’re invited! Please join us at nugal biik Plants and Seeds in Wollert to celebrate their one-year anniversary in National Reconciliation Week 2026.

We’ll provide and share a vegetarian morning tea and guided walk to explore this special part of Wurundjeri Country, that is also part of the newly established marram baba Merri Creek Regional Parklands. We’ll notice the signs of middle waring season before the season dips into the very cold months.

We hope to meet people from a range of local community organisations and families as well as those who have been with us along the way.

Meeting point: nugal biik Plants and Seeds (at Wollert Community Farm), 521 Craigieburn Road East, Wollert, 3750. Turn off at signs for Aurora Treatment Plant and ReWaste. Follow the driveway towards the main Yarra Valley Water Treatment Plant, then turn to the right and go through the closed gate (there are signs for nugal biik). There are a lot of 'trespassing’ signs - please ignore these for this special access day. Here's the Google maps pin: https://maps.app.goo.gl/4GE6sKJp5PGNU6ZU8
